Apple Health, both directions
Every log is written to Health as water and caffeine. Drinks logged by other apps show up in Sipcurve. Delete here, gone there.
iPhone · iOS 17 and later
Sipcurve tracks water and caffeine in one place, shows how much caffeine is still working in your body, and tells you when to have your last cup so you actually sleep.

The curve
Caffeine leaves the body slowly, with a half-life of about five hours. Sipcurve adds up every cup, decays it in real time, and projects what will still be active when you go to bed. Over 50 mg and you get a warning, plus the latest time you could still have a coffee.

Widgets
Every widget has real buttons. One tap logs the drink, fills the ring and writes to Apple Health, right where you are. Timelines refresh on every log and every half hour, so the caffeine number is never stale.
Drinks
Every built-in drink carries caffeine per serving from USDA, Mayo Clinic, manufacturer data and Brazilian studies (Camargo & Toledo, Srebernich et al. and Rocha et al.), and a hydration factor, so your latte counts toward your water goal, just not as much as water does. Pro adds unlimited custom drinks.

Everything else

Pick an interval and quiet hours. Smart reminders pause once you hit your goal and back off if you just logged something.
Hit your water goal, keep the streak. Pro covers one missed day per week automatically, so a bad Tuesday doesn't erase a good month.
Weekly and monthly bars against your goal, averages and records. Export everything as CSV whenever you like. Your data is yours.
There is no account to create and no server to trust. Sipcurve stores your drinks in a local database that only you and your widgets can read.
Pricing

FAQ
No. There is nothing to sign up for. Your data lives in a local database on your iPhone. If you delete the app, the data goes with it, so export a CSV first from Settings if you want to keep it. Export is free on every plan.
It is a model, not a blood test. Sipcurve uses first-order decay with a five-hour half-life, which is the average for healthy adults, and lets you set anything from three to seven hours. Use it for timing and trends rather than exact numbers.
Everything you drink, weighted by a hydration factor: water counts fully, coffee and cola at 90 percent, energy drinks at 80 percent. You can set the goal yourself or let Sipcurve suggest one from your weight.
The Small Home Screen widget, with the water ring and one tappable preset, is free. Medium, Large and the three Lock Screen widgets are part of Pro.
Yes, in Pro. Sipcurve writes water and caffeine to Health and can import drinks logged by other apps. Permission is asked only when you turn the feature on, and you can revoke it in the Health app at any time.
Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime in your iPhone settings and stay active until the end of the paid period. Lifetime is a single purchase tied to your Apple Account, restorable on any of your iPhones.
No. Sipcurve is built for iPhone with iOS 17 or later, and leans on iOS features like interactive widgets, Lock Screen widgets and HealthKit.
To validate purchases, RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID, your Sipcurve purchase history and basic device information such as app version and locale. Sipcurve also sends anonymous usage counts, such as how many drinks were logged from a widget or how often the Pro screen was opened. They carry no personal data, no drink names or amounts, and nothing that tracks you across apps. They go to TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service, and you can turn them off in Settings, under Privacy.
